Subrat Pandey, Founder & CEO of Reeldown Films and Casting, is a creative force shaped by passion, perseverance, and purpose. With over 7 years of deep-rooted experience in the film, theatre, and fashion industry, his journey stands as a reflection of dedication, discipline, and belief in meaningful storytelling.
Beginning his career from the stage, Subrat Pandey has performed in more than 25 theatre plays, where he learned the true essence of acting—truth, emotion, and character depth. Theatre became his foundation, teaching him not just how to perform, but how to live a character, a philosophy that continues to define his work across screen and stage.
As a professional model and actor, he has walked the ramp for many reputed brands and leading designers, earning recognition for his presence, confidence, and versatility. His exposure to high-end fashion platforms and commercial projects has given him a sharp understanding of industry standards, presentation, and professionalism.
Alongside acting and modelling, Subrat Pandey expanded his creative vision into direction and filmmaking. He has directed impactful short films and music albums, focusing on stories that connect with society and leave a lasting impression. His short film “Diya” received the Best Film for Social Awareness Award at IDSFFK, marking a significant milestone and reinforcing his belief that cinema is not just entertainment—but a medium for change.
With strong industry link-ups built through years of consistent work, Subrat Pandey founded Reeldown Films and Casting with a clear mission:
